I've been wanting to list all of these really cool scarves for months now, so finally I took a week of vacation from my day job to create a scarf page on the website. I spent two days organizing, pressing scarves, photographing and researching pricing. Then last night I sat down and made out the tags for all the scarves. I will be taking them down to the booth today, but I'll need another day or so before the Scarf Page is ready on the website.
We use our business cards for our tags. We just punch a hole in them and add a short description and price. When we first started out we just used decorative tags, but we didn't have a website then. Because we had so many retro items and not enough room at the booth we decided to list items for sale online. By providing more information on the product tag we hope our customers will visit our website.
The folded card works great as a business card and as a product tag at the booth. I usually use fun ribbons that coordinate with the items, but here I had so many to do I decided to use up the white ribbon.
And here's my next project waiting for me. When the stack on my dryer is this high it's time to launder, press and price! Irene found some great vintage fabric quilts, hand towels and more aprons. I never seem to get caught up, this really could be a full time job!.......Jolene
